She's officially nine months folks!
Seriously, the thief of time definitely made a visit to our household because I have no idea how we got here so fast! While it is so fun to see the new milestones she is embarking on, I can't help but feel those tiny selfish pangs of, "just stay little forever", or "I wish you wouldn't grow so fast". Parenting is such a bittersweet thing, isn't it?
Here is what G is up to nowadays:
She has now mastered not only army crawling, but full "down on all fours", crawling!
She can pull her sell to a standing position.
She loves remotes, rattles, phones, beer bottles and jewelry.
I fully believe we could play a hour long game of peek-a-boo and she wouldn't get bored.
She is right on track for her size wearing 9 month clothes--her official check up is in a couple weeks.
She likes to squawk when she is irritated and also jabbers, "dah, dah" in obscenely high pitches.
Farting noises are now her M.O.
She still loves to be swaddled at naps/nightime.
She still loves to be swaddled at naps/nightime.
If we lost all her paci's we'd be screwed.
I'm not sure if you can tell, but she is quite photogenic :)
She is the least picky eater ever. She will eat ANYTHING! (Bless you child!)
She just started to hug us--at least that's what I'm calling it....it's more of a lean into our chest for 2 seconds.
Axle is becoming a great source of entertainment for her at the dinner table.
I never knew I wanted a girl so bad--and now that I have her, she is the best little lady that I could ever dream up!
